My love for sports and fitness began from a very early age. I was a member of our local under eights rugby team, played little league baseball and was a member of the school basketball and football teams. For work experience, at school, I taught skiing lessons at Ski Dubai and currently, I love to swim, play football, and enjoy a good game of golf.

My passion for fitness exacerbated however when, prior to starting university, I attended a rigorous six week Muay Thai training camp in Thailand. After pushing myself to the limits on a daily basis, I saw firsthand what rewards could be gained through hard work and dedication. My body shape and fitness levels changed completely over that period and on my return I joined a gym, changed my eating habits for the better, and continued where I had left off, and have never looked back.

I’m discreet and friendly and believe there is no better feeling than achieving your goals in life and that also applies to the gym. Leading a healthy lifestyle impacts greatly on one’s social, economic and emotional status. So whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, tone up, increase your core strength and flexibility or pack on the lean muscle, I’m your man.

My aim, as your personal trainer, is to tailor every session to your individual, specific needs. I will help and teach you how to accomplish your goals safely, efficiently and effectively using the current research in training and nutrition.
