From a young age fitness has been largely important to Sean, so much so that he wanted to excel and expand his knowledge beyond just what he was doing in the gym. This lead him to earning a HND in health, fitness and exercise along with several governing body awards and personal training certification before eventually going on to compete in bodybuilding.

He know what it takes to help a person make the changes to better themselves physically and achieve their goals in fitness. Coupled with nutritional knowledge he can help you on your way to a healthier lifestyle with a programme tailored to your needs; be it to lose weight, gain size and strength or simply just to help you get in better shape.
