I have been involved in health and fitness for 7 years, starting my career In the Oil & Gas then following my passion in fitness to become a personal trainer. I qualified as a level 3 REPS personal trainer through the IFPA Fitness Academy, learning every day to expand my range of Knowledge in Fitness & Nutrition and will continue to do so.
As a Personal Trainer I understand the difficulties with getting through mind barriers, which holds us back from achieving our goals. Weather it is weight loss or just starting exercising for your health and well –Being.
