Why Train with Me?

I’m a believer in fitness is a lifestyle not a goal. My ambition for all of my clients is to quickly help you to achieve your goals, and get a point that you don’t need me.

For all of my clients I offer a very personalised service, this includes an in-depth discussion around your goals, hopes, aspirations, fears and diet. I find that by working with you, I’m able to offer you a unique service that helps you get to your goal and ensures that we have some fun along the way.

Because of my background, I understand that some clients such as more elderly people, whose goals are just to pick up their grandchildren, may have never been inside a gym, where as other clients are training for elite sports and everything in between. My approach is more focused around you and helping you to decide on achievable goals that, mean even on bad days you keep going.

Although the gym is a critical part of your lifestyle, understanding what you are putting into your body will also affect your results. Because of this I offer personalised nutritional advise, combined with a routine that will stretch you enough so you feel it, but not so you don’t enjoy the results and aims to help you achieve goals quicker.

My current clients range, from International Cricket players and sprinters who want to get fitter, Rugby players coming back from injury, Princesses who want to stay fit, People who want to loose weight for health reasons to elderly people who just want to enjoy life that little bit more.

As per my colleagues I am qualified as REP level 3 trainer, I provide specialised injury recovery programs, targeted fat loss for health and for toning up, plus help for people training for events such as MUD Iron Man. Over the last 2 years in the UAE I have also been featured in OK magazine, Mens Health, and Womens health and Fitness.
