Having been brought up in a dance and martial art environment since the age of 3, fitness has always been a key part of my life.

I have trained in all genres of dance at advanced levels with the Royal Academy of dance (RAD) ballet, Imperial Society Of Teachers Of Dancing (ISTD) Modern, Tap, National, Gold jazz award and Hip hop. I have been all around the globe performing and personal training.

Personal training and helping people achieve their fitness goals was a natural career progression for me. Having been a fitness model being in shape has always been important. I have learnt many different fitness techniques along my journey, from pad work, circuit training, body pump, body toning, muscle building, fat loss and overall fitness. I also take pride in nutrition and healthy eating which I can also advise on.
