I have been involved in health and fitness for 8 years, starting my career as a nurse then following my passion in fitness to become a personal trainer and yoga instructor. From an early age I lead an active outdoors lifestyle, from mountaineering and snowboarding to crossfit and ashtanga yoga. I was also a member of my local squash and football team. I qualified as a level 3 REPS personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise, and continue my education through courses and personal research, including TRX, Kettlebell, Yoga, Sport and exercise nutrition.
I work with a variety of clients providing a holistic approach to coaching to ensure maximum results, offering support in and out of the gym. I consistently deliver results through challenging, individualised training programs, including nutrition and advice on making changes for a healthy lifestyle. A combination of clean eating and fitness ensures health and wellbeing are optimised.
My coaching style is firm but motivating and friendly, delivering fun and energetic sessions keeping the clients goals in mind. My enthusiasm and dedication to fitness enlivens people to challenge themselves and see their own potential.
