Being a mother I am familiar with the struggles many women can undergo when recovering from child birth, I am a qualified pre and Postnatal fitness instructor and love to help new mothers get their fitness back on track in a safe and fun manner.
My sessions are about confidence, determination and reaching your goals. I aim to bring these elements into my clients lives through fun but committed training sessions. Improving energy levels and physical stamina opens the door to a broader range of activities. I play golf on a regular basis, and use golf specific exercise to enhance my ability, and I can tailor your program to suit your interests.
Don't feel that the gym is a steadfast requirement, open air training sessions are some of my favourite! Body weight exercise, bands, and various types of equipment mean that location is no restriction on getting toned and athletic.
