Jean is originally from South Africa and as a result sport is in his blood if not his genetic make up. Jean is a personal trainer with 5 years’ experience in designing personalised fitness programs that deliver maximum results for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Jean is a weight loss and conditioning expert who has some of the highest personal training qualifications and has studied under one of the world’s leading exercise educators in Tim Noakes.
