So why train with me?

I am a fun, positive, personable & enthusiastic person with an eye for detail. Having the ability to make exercise enjoyable, whilst remaining focused on the goals we have set out is something I pride myself on. I am a firm believer that exercise should be consistently progressive in order to remain effective – my workouts are fun, challenging & no two sessions are the same.

I have spent the past 8 years in my hometown of London working one on one with people to ensure they achieve their physical transformation goals. I understand that no two people are the same and everyone has different body types, goals, lifestyles and abilities. I have a proven track record in delivering training sessions that not only cater for each individual’s needs, but ensure the desired results are always met.

One thing I love doing is helping people in any walk of life & this is the main reason I do what I do. Seeing the change in other’s physical & mental wellbeing is extremely rewarding. When we feel good in our skin, we’re happier, more positive, confident and this allows us to concentrate & focus on the things that really matter – living life.

My personal interests lie in nutrition, fat loss (weight loss & fat loss are two different things) toning/muscle sculpting, strength & muscle building, flexibility, corrective exercise & sports rehabilitation/injury prevention.
